Comfort Inn & Suites

Harman is amazing! Great service and honesty these guys really care about their guests. He’a earned my trust and loyalty, and will choose to stay here from now on. He deserves a raise or promotion because I can’t believe how great of a service he provided.

Travelling from Canada and down the us coast , staying no more than a night or two in every city, this comfort inn is by far the best. The front desk staff are very friendly and their service is phenomenal. Restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. The breakfast is delicious. All this at a more than reasonable cost. This hotel is newer and feels like a much more expensive luxury hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel and if you stay here you will not regret It.

Our stay was very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was light continental but good. My room had fridge but no freezer. It had small coffee maker. Employees were polite. Our check in process was made easy & quick by Peter at night even though we were late. He had such lovely & happy personality ! Great guy. The only thing was that our room was very pricey even though we booked months in advance -due to being peak summer time- Canadian $250/270. The location of this hotel is good in Surrey. Only thing is there's not much parking at night in the front lanes of the hotel, we parked at some back lane. So check in early.

I really like that hotel clean room, excellent Service and wonderful location

Nice enough modern hotel, but access is disrupted by the roadworks on Frazer Highway outside. Room wasnt the cleanest ( hairs from previous occupants on the floor). Housekeeping was daily without being asked, which is good. Breakfast included, but standard help yourself fare with paper plates.

Rooms are newly renovated and clean. Did Not like the mini pillows so if you are a pillow snob like myself bring your own. Self serve breakfast was good. Location was central to all I needed. Construction of Sky Train can make commute slow.

Stayed here for work, was a great experience from start - finish. Arrived with Peter greeting me with a smile and some of the best service I've received (I stay in hotels 2 weeks a month). Rooms are very basic but hold all the essentials with a comfortable bed, room was very clean and bedding perfectly made, will be staying here again. Staying in hotels lots for work I rarely am serviced to the point to leave a review, please give Peter the raise he deserves & continue doing what your doing. Will be back

This is conveniently located across the Aquatic center parking lot and the new skytrain station that is being constructed along Fraser Highway which will be a plus once it’s completed. Overall the room was clean, there was a strong odor throughout the halls when we first arrived, we must have gotten used to it after a day or so. Parking was free but limited spaces, thankfully you could park in the Aquatic center lot. The complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, fruit, a selection of bread and bagels, fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and pork sausage - it would have been nice if there was an alternative like chicken or turkey. The sports bar next door is still open, sadly the Tim Horton’s is no longer there.

Overall not bad, compared to other hotel prices it was a good value. Breakfast could be improved and housekeepers could be more professional. They talk loudly in the hallways and 4 nights staying there only one time I got greeted.

I had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn. The place is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help, which made my stay even better. The breakfast was great every morning with good options to start the day. A special thanks to Komal and Navneet for their warm, polite, and professional service. They were always smiling and made me feel at home. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend the Comfort Inn to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience.
